Pay by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling FAMS automated payment system at 1-800-399-4984. Be sure to have your 13-digit FAMS ID number and ZIP code ready for entry when prompted.
Please reference any letter notification received from FAMS for the appropriate P.O. Box to make your payment. If you cannot locate mailed communication, you may call in to our office to obtain it from a FAMS representative at 1-800-399-4639.

Confirm you have correctly entered the FAMS ID Number and your zip code. If you still cannot log in, please contact our office at 1-800-399-4639 and a FAMS associate will assist you.
The FAMS ID Number is clearly displayed on any letter or message you may have received from FAMS. It is also provided during phone conversations with our office. If you don’t have the FAMS ID Number handy, you may call in to our office at 1-800-399-4639 and one of our associates will be happy to assist you with that.
The first payment will be withdrawn on the date that you select. Payments scheduled outside of business hours or on the weekends will typically be posted on the next business day.
Requests to modify payment arrangements must be received at FAMS a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the date of the payment. You will need to make these requests by contacting a FAMS agent at 1-800-399-4639.
FAMS accepts all major credit and debit cards. You may also set up direct withdrawal from your checking or savings account.
If you are late in making an agreed upon monthly payment, the agreement may be considered null and void. If you anticipate being late with a payment, contact a FAMS associate at 1-800-399-4639 immediately to discuss what options may be available to you.
